A line of beam splitters for lasers from 100 Watts up that are designed for use at 45 degree angle of incidence and 10.6 microns has been introduced by Laser Research Optics of Providence, Rhode Island.
Laser Research Beam Splitters for 100 Watt lasers and up are designed for use at 45 degree angle of incidence and 10.6 microns wavelength. Made from ZnSe with S or P polarization coatings to modify their reflectance, they are marked with an arrow on the O.D. surface pointing towards surface “1”.
Offered in 3/4” to 3” O.D. sizes and various thicknesses, Laser Research Beam Splitters are coated on surface “1” 50% ±3% reflectance and surface “2” has an anti-reflectance coat for 0.25% max. reflectance. Parallelism is 3 Arc minutes max., surface finish is 40-20 scratch-dig per MIL-O-13830, and flatness is 1/40 wave max. at 10.6 microns.
Laser Research Beam Splitters are stocked in popular sizes for immediate delivery and can be ordered online or by contacting the company.
