CO2 LASER LENSES IMPROVE ACRYLIC CUTTING

Various sizes of orange Zinc Selenide laser lenses stand on a piece of green acrylic. The acrylic is being cut into different shapes by a laser.

A line of direct field replacement CO2 lenses that have been optimized to fit most popular lasers used for cutting acrylics has been introduced by Laser Research Optics of Providence, RI.

Laser Research CO2 Laser Lenses are optimized for 10.6 microns and come in 0.75” to 1” sizes with focal lengths from 1.5” to 7.5” in 0.5” increments. The shorter focal lengths make precise cuts on thin materials and the longer ones make deeper cuts on thicker materials, allowing users to precisely match their acrylic cutting requirements.

Available with dual-band coatings to aid in system alignment, these drop-in field replacement Laser Research CO2 Laser Lenses are compatible with Coherent®, Kern®, Trotec®, Glowforge®, and similar lasers. Conforming to ISO-10110 specifications these lenses are A/R coated and available with dual-band coatings to aid in system alignment.

Laser Research CO2 Laser Lenses are priced according to configuration and quantity.
