PARTIAL RETARDATION REFLECTORS

These mirrors consist of a high efficiency 1/4 wave phase reflectance thin-film coating applied to a highly polished mirror substrate. This specialized coating design changes a linearly polarized CO2 laser beam to a circularly polarized one.
