Plane Parallel Mirrors

These silicon total reflectors are designed and optimized for the CO2 (10.6 microns) wavelength using a thin-film coating consisting of silver with a protective dielectric overcoat. They display very good spectral performance throughout the visible, mid-IR, and far-IR, and can be used at either 45 degrees AOI or normal incidence without significantly affecting the reflectance or contributing to a phase change.
